Personal details changed/incorrectly displayed

Your Country of Permanent Residence is a historical record of where you lived when you applied to Cambridge. It has nothing to do with your citizenship or ethnicity, and should not be changed.

If your personal details (name, citizenship, title etc.) have been recorded incorrectly, then please submit the change request during registration. You will then be contacted to provide a copy of your passport/marriage certificate/other valid documentation to enable us to make the required correction.

If some of your personal details have changed, then please submit the change request during registration. You will then be contacted to provide a copy of your passport/marriage certificate/other valid documentation to enable us to make the required correction.

For most types of student you will be able to amend these details yourself in Student Self-Service after 1st October.  For students who do not have access to Student Self-Service (PACE, CISL, FoE PPD, CULP) please contact your course administrator.
