Extended Self Service
Alumni of the University can access their University central records online via the Extended Self Service view of CamSIS.
It is only possible to access one view of CamSIS Self Service at any one time. The available views are:
- Standard Self Service (for current students)
- Extended Self Service (for alumni)
- Graduate Applicant Self Service (for applicants to our postgraduate courses).
Who can access Extended Self Service?
Extended Self Service is available to previous students (who matriculated Michaelmas 1980 onwards) and allows access to:
- update contact details
- view exam grades
- view supervision reports (related to postgraduate study only)
- view a copy of an unofficial transcript
- apply for an official transcript
- apply for graduation*
*Graduation functionality is under the control of each College as to if, and for which ceremonies, it can be used.
Register and sign in to Extended Self Service
To register or sign in with an existing account, sign in to Extended Self Service.
If you are registering as a new user you should use a personal email for correspondence, do not use former @cam.ac.uk addresses.
