Q. I have permanently withdrawn from my place at the University, but I am still getting emails about registering. What should I do?

If you are not commencing or returning to study at the University, then you should not complete the Annual Student Registration exercise. Please ensure that you have informed your College and Department/Faculty if you have permanently withdrawn from your place at the University.

Q. I haven't received any emails about registering. What should I do?

Please be to sure to check your junk email in the first instance.

Please note that students who are starting, or started, their course in Michaelmas will not receive an email until shortly before the beginning of term. Likewise, those students who are starting, or started, their course in Lent and Easter will not receive a registration email until shortly before the start of each of these respective terms.

If you continue to encounter difficulties, then please use the Contact Form to get in touch.

Q. I have registered but keep receiving reminder emails. What should I do?

Firstly, please ensure that you have registered.

If you are a new student and you cannot log-in to your CamSIS Self-Service account, then you have not registered.

If you are a new student and you have succesfully registered, then you should be able to log-in to your CamSIS Self-Service account and see links to the Cambridge Bursary Scheme and Student Questionnaires. You will not be able to access any more features of Self-Service until the first day of your first term.

Then if you believe that you are wrongly receiving emails about completing the Annual Registration exercise, please use the Contact Form to get in touch.
