Owing to high demand it may take up to 28 working days to dispatch transcripts
Applications for copies of degree certificates and transcripts must be made by the student/former student themselves. Tripos paper marks have only been collected for transcripts since 2003 and there are gaps in some subjects. Marks for other examinations, where available, have been attached to records after this date. For example marks for MPhil exams have only been collected since 2006. To see if marks are available for your course, check your unofficial transcript by logging on to CamSIS Self-service or CamSIS Extended Self-Service. Where marks are unavailable, a Proof of Study letter may provide an alternative option.
Academic Transcripts online
University of Cambridge now issues transcripts online through a secure electronic document system. This system enables students and graduates to access their documents online and allows recruiters and others to verify the authenticity of these electronic documents via this secure website hosted at the University of Cambridge. The system uses highly secure technologies and is much more secure than traditional paper verification methods.
Documents are digitally signed to make them legally valid and tamper-evident, allowing for quicker and more efficient verification of genuine documents.
Students and graduates benefit from the ability to easily send official documents anywhere in the world, securely controlling who can access and authenticate documents.
Access is only via CamSIS Self-Service for current students, or students who left in the summer of 2013 or later. Students who left earlier than summer 2013 can access Digitary via a separate CamSIS Extended Self Service login.
Access to CamSIS Self-Service is free, but there is a one off charge of £25 for life time access to the online transcript facility.
Any queries should be directed to email@example.com
