This year with COVID, we are finding creative ways to continue offering mindfulness each term. Normally, Mindfulness courses run in 8-week blocks in Michaelmas and Lent terms, and as a series of workshops during the Easter term.  Click below to view the timetable for each term, which also includes information about how to book.
