Elizabeth’s daily 12-minute meditations this term have been recorded for you to do in your own time. Many of them have themes which you can explore if you wish, as you listen.

Tip for following a theme: Notice if a meditation instruction 'fits' for you, and if not, let it go. It is a very useful mindfulness practice to check whether something is right for you, and to have the confidence to decide for yourself. If the meditation instruction seems okay, take it in slowly, moving in slow motion, allowing it to ripple through you, rather like a drop of water falling into water…
