Creative Meditation Podcasts

A series of 14 podcasts helping you to meditate creatively. Useful as newcomer to meditation, or if you want to deepen your practice. Each podcast starts with a short introduction by Elizabeth (approximately 2-4 minutes) and is followed by a guided meditation (approximately 3-5 minutes).
