The Student Operations unit is responsible for all administrative aspects of the student journty from matriculation, student progression and examination to graduation, and comprises three main sections:

International Students Office

The International Students Office provides specialist support to students who come to study at Cambridge from outside the UK, helps promote and support student mobility opportunities, and administers some specific international funding awards.  Visit the International Students website.

Student Complaints and Appeals

The Office of Student Conduct, Complaints and Appeals (OSCCA) provides procedural advice, case handling and oversight of a number of student procedures including: complaints; the review of examination results; fitness to study; harassment and sexual misconduct; discipline; and a number of final appeal stage processes, for example, fitness to practise. Student Registry

The Student Registry covers a broad remit across the following themes: compliance, exams and assessment, fees, finance transactions, funding, graduates, loans and student records.  Visit the Student Registry website for students or the Student Registry website for staff.
