Mindfulness Skills for Students (MSS) Drop-in Session
Following on from our weekly drop-in last term, any previous participant in the eight-week mindfulness course offered by Cambridge University is welcome to join us. If you already have a good grounding in meditation from elsewhere, feel free to join us too. Please drop a note to Elizabeth as you join to tell her where you have learned and practised. We will assume a good knowledge of meditation for this class.
