In the Easter Term, we will be running a series of one-off workshops focusing on mindfulness for exams and deadlines. You can attend any of the workshops that you wish, in any order; they are not designed as a course, although the four workshops are complementary and cover different aspects of mindfulness.
The workshop topics are:
- Mindfulness to help with exam nerves
- Mindfulness for maintaining a healthy focus when you work
- Making mindful choices that support your goals and wellbeing
- Mindfulness approaches to improving sleep and rest
