Q. I am a new student and I have lost/forgotten my user name. Where can I find it?

Your user name is the email address that we used to contact you. Please be aware that the email field is case-sensitive.

Q. I am a new student and my email address has expired. What should I do?

Please get in touch with Student Registration using the Contact Form.

Q. I am a new student and I have lost/forgotten my password. How can I obtain a new one?

You can request a new password by clicking "Forgotten password?" on the login page. Your new password will be emailed to you.

Q. I am a new student and I created an account but, when I log in, there is no option to register. What should I do?

Unless you have received an email from us asking for you to complete the Student Registration, you may not be on the Student Registration system yet. You cannot be registered until your place is fully confirmed.

Q. I am an existing student and I don't know my password. What should I do?

You will need to take some form of photo ID to your College's IT staff when you arrive, and ask for a Password Reset Token.

Q. I have just finished one course and am about to start another one, but my Raven password is not working. What should I do?

Please complete the Registration exercise as a new student.

Q. Can I change my login name?

No, sorry, that is not possible. Even if it is an email address that you no longer have access to, it is just a login name and it is not recorded as your email address.

Q. I have received an error message of "Please return to the Login Page for the specific application you requested"

If you receive this message you can still continue with the registration process by clicking on "Student Registration" that will appear in the list underneath the error message.
